VOLUNTEER
With the help of volunteers we reach more of the community and increase support for local food and farm business owners. We especially appreciate volunteers who want to help execute events. There are also opportunities for those with nonprofit experience - we welcome new Board members each year and have a steering team that helps with guiding goals and long term planning
Administration
Once in a while we have extra data entry, emailing, social media, and other clerical work that could use another pair of hands (or more). If you love getting into the details and enjoy behind-the-scenes work, we look forward to hearing from you!
Outreach
We are always working to expand our reach to the community - collecting contacts in food, farming, producing, fishing, etc. We are excited to get in touch with these folks, and having more outreach personnel helps us reach more people more efficiently! If you are a people person that likes to make new acquaintances and friends, drop us a note!
Events
Any event big or small calls for various details to be gathered and logistics to be navigated. We welcome help with pre, on-site, and post event duties that range from emailing food purveyors, to serving, to clean up and follow up emails. If you enjoy learning about new food businesses and mingling with other locally focused folks, we want to hear from you!
