EVENTS

Slow Money SLO events promote our local food and farming communities. We aim to convene small food enterprises, aspiring entrepreneurs, local food advocates, potential investors, and policy makers in an effort to connect the community with food and beverage they may not yet know about. Most of our gatherings are free and open to the public, and occasionally we host ticketed events that are worth the price of admission! We are also interested in speaking to local service, community, and food system related groups. Please invite us to your next meeting!

MOST RECENT

Bounty of the Harvest
October 2019

An event to launch Farm to School, this evening at Tiber Canyon Ranch brought together local farmers, food purveyors, school district staff, and Slow Money SLO enthusiasts!

UPCOMING

Future Events

We are eager to host more events and will do so as soon as health experts deem it safe. Although the pandemic forced a pause on in-person events, Slow Money SLO has continued to support our farmers and food/beverage folks through our not-in-person activities like Farm to School and lending projects.

We look forward to hosting some virtual events this year, so stay tuned!
